What a great read. I was honored and fortunate enough to have conversations with him at IPW shows about Miami and of course wrestling. The man has gone thru a lot and is a great inspiration to many people. We had a nice conversation in St. Pete at the VFW a few weeks before he was called up. A memory I cherish and when he came to the FCW Arena earlier this year and waved and acknowledged me, was special because he remembers his roots, where he came from, and the people who supported him in the Indies.
